We want our customers to be 100% completely satisfied with our products. If for any reason you find yourself not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your Hang It Dang It quilt hanger for a full refund. There is no restocking fee.
How to return an item
Before sending anything back, please contact us to request a return authorization (RA) number, and include your order number. We cannot process returns that arrive without an RA number.
The customer service email address and phone number are printed on the instruction sheet that came with your order, and that is the fastest way to reach us about a return. If you no longer have it, use the contact form at hangitdangit.com/pages/contact.
Once we issue your RA number, write it on the outside of the package and ship the item to:

Return shipping is paid by the customer.
When packing your return, please reuse the original packaging if you still have it, or pack the hanger in a similar long box so the rod is protected in transit. Please cover or remove the original shipping label and any barcodes.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us, we will inspect it and issue your refund to the original payment method within a couple of business days.
Lifetime warranty
The Hang It Dang It quilt hanger is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for life to the original purchaser. Our product is manufactured from high quality components that will last for generations.
If the ABS clip ever breaks, it will be replaced free of charge. Contact us with your order number and we will send a replacement.
The Hang It Dang It is guaranteed not to damage your quilt in any way.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us and we will make it right at no cost to you.
