Where we ship from

 

All orders ship from Laramie, Wyoming.

 

Processing time

 

Orders typically ship the same day or the next business day. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order leaves.

 

Shipping rates

 

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the actual weight and dimensions of your order. We do not charge a flat fee or add a handling charge - you see the carrier's own rate for the box your order actually ships in.

 

If you order more than one item, they are packed together in a single box wherever they fit, so you pay one shipping charge instead of one per item.

 

United States

 

At checkout you can choose from USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS Ground Saver, FedEx Ground, FedEx Ground Economy, and FedEx Home Delivery. Delivery estimates shown at checkout come from the carrier.

 

PO Boxes

 

If you are shipping to a post office box, choose a USPS service, UPS Ground Saver, or FedEx Ground Economy - those are the services that deliver to a PO Box. UPS Ground and FedEx Home Delivery deliver to street addresses only.

 

The Large hanger ships in a 64-inch box, which will not fit in a PO Box, so it will be held for pickup at your post office.

 

International

 

We ship worldwide. At checkout you can choose from DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct, DHL eCommerce Parcel Standard, DHL Express Worldwide, and FedEx International Connect Plus.

 

Duties and import taxes can be prepaid at checkout on DHL services where available. If they are not prepaid, they are collected by the carrier on delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Lost or damaged shipments
